Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Elevance Counseling LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related conditions.

• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans that address the evolving needs and circumstances of each client.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to formulate effective discharge plans that ensure ongoing support and care.

• Engaging in crisis intervention as needed, assessing crisis situations, and coordinating referrals to community resources or specialized treatments when appropriate.

• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local clinical guidelines and ethical standards as outlined in the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Organizing daily responsibilities by prioritizing client needs, managing caseloads, and facilitating appropriate interventions.

• Providing social work consultations and support to caregivers and clients, including crisis bereavement interventions when necessary.

• Advocating for clients to navigate healthcare systems effectively and ensure they receive necessary services and follow-up care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elevance Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
