Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions to help clients develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the client’s therapeutic goals and progress.

• Coordinate care with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure holistic treatment.

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential client records and document treatment notes in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client healing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
