Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapeutic strategies during individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on specific client goals and treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform the development of tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, along with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
