Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, addressing a diverse array of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to explore relationship dynamics and improve communication within families.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect objectives and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support to clients facing urgent mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, offering guidance on coping mechanisms and available resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment progress, and evaluations, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Comply with professional ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may experience a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, family and relationship conflicts, life transitions, and stress-related issues. Your role as an LPC will not only involve addressing these concerns but also empowering clients by equipping them with the skills needed to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
