Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough assessment and evaluation during initial consultations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while fostering a trustful relationship with clients.

• Collaborate actively with a team of mental health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Participate in ongoing workshops and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience.
