Work Environment\n

This role is structured to provide flexibility, combining remote work with outpatient office sessions. Our outpatient facility focuses on creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere where clients can receive support for trauma recovery and mental health improvement. With operational hours from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, we aim to accommodate both client and staff needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities in this position will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and determine the most effective treatment approaches.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to guide clients through trauma processing, coping strategy development, and overall healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, enhancing immediate care for clients in distress.

• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LPCC license in the state of California.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with yearly compensation between USD 70,000 and 110,000. Our benefits package includes:
