Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain compliance with California state regulations by accurately documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care plans that address both mental and physical health needs.

• Engage actively in supervision and consultation sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and support groups that empower clients and educate them on coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior LPCC at Opti Mind Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate through their difficulties and achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LPCC license in California, currently in good standing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a track record of successful client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
