Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess the mental health status and needs of new clients, ensuring a strong foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Design, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to promote recovery and well-being.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and transitional groups, addressing key mental health topics to enhance client insight and coping skills.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing suicide prevention strategies, ensuring a safe environment for all clients under your care.

• Document all clinical findings, treatment progress, and patient interactions in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on effective approaches for patient management.

• Stay updated on best practices in mental healthcare and complete continuing education as required to maintain licensure and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and those requiring supportive therapy during transitional life phases. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required, with a focus on clinical practice.

• An active LPCC license issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
