Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining an outpatient office modality. Our team operates in a collaborative atmosphere, engaging in regular virtual meetings where we share insights, strategies, and therapeutic practices. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, adapting session formats to best fit client needs.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and implement engaging therapeutic activities that promote client participation and progress.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to strengthen care coordination and comprehensive treatment planning.
\n
• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, goals, and treatment needs, while regularly monitoring their progress.

• Utilize and document various therapy techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)—and make adjustments based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Support other clinical duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team’s overall success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and families facing developmental challenges, mental health issues, and other psychosocial difficulties. You will have the opportunity to significantly influence the lives of vulnerable populations, providing them with tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges and improve their emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current LPCC license.
\n
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience with children or families, demonstrating the ability to address a variety of developmental and emotional challenges.

• Proficiency in empirically supported treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other relevant therapeutic modalities.

• A collaborative, respectful approach to client care, fostering an open dialogue and trust with clients and their families.

• Experience working in a remote capacity, utilizing telehealth technologies effectively in clinical practice.

• Exposure to interdisciplinary teamwork and familiarity with documentation processes and policies in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
