Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate interactive and supportive group sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a supportive community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored and empathetic counseling sessions aimed at guiding clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through various therapeutic techniques.

• Treatment Planning: Work directly with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, ensuring they remain engaged in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults experiencing mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and other psychological conditions. You will play a key role in helping these individuals build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster a sense of community, ultimately guiding them towards lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree: Candidates must possess a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensed Clinician: Valid LPCC licensure is required to practice in California.

• Experience in Mental Health Treatment: Candidates should have a background working with clients facing mental health issues in either residential or outpatient treatment settings.

• Collaborative Attitude: A team-oriented mindset is essential, as this role requires cooperation and commitment to our shared mission of instigating positive change in clients' lives.

• Strong Clinical Skills: Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is required, along with strong documentation abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
