Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that address their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
