Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual therapy sessions, focusing on a client demographic of women aged 35 to 55. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and effective stress management techniques.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and personal circumstances. You will integrate various therapeutic modalities to ensure holistic care.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Deliver therapy through secure telehealth platforms, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards in counseling.

• Monitor Client Progress: Continuously track client developments, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Provide ongoing encouragement and support to help clients meet their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with Team: Engage with a cross-disciplinary team, facilitating referrals and shared care when necessary, to provide comprehensive assistance to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves women in the 35-55 age bracket, an often underserved demographic facing unique challenges such as anxiety related to life transitions, depression, and complex relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, with a focus on clinical practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting after graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
