Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a manageable caseload of clients, forming meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, ethics, and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address any challenges, and plan for future needs including discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Meticulously document client interactions, including progress notes and assessments, in compliance with clinical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant information that informs treatment planning.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote client development and mental health.

• Engage in individual supervision to discuss ongoing cases, enhance clinical skills, and receive feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on delivering mental health services to youth experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work closely with children and adolescents, along with their families, to provide holistic support that promotes emotional and psychological well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations and/or individuals facing substance abuse challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
