Key Responsibilities\n

As a Youth-Focused LPCC, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress and stability, planning future appointments and transitions as necessary.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment revisions, in compliance with clinic standards.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately gauge client needs and develop appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapeutic sessions with clients, using evidence-based methodologies tailored to their specific situations.

• Participate actively in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and development.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and family members, to ensure holistic client care.

As a clinician, your role is crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journeys, equipping them with necessary coping strategies, and providing a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current LPCC licensure in the state of California is mandatory.

• Proven ability to meet credentialing requirements relevant to clinical settings.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric and substance abuse populations is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Competence in using digital documentation platforms with basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
