Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC with Right Path Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting and empathetic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, ensuring stability, discussing upcoming appointments, and overseeing appropriate discharge plans.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and continuously adapting person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
\n
• Carrying out thorough intake assessments to accurately gauge client needs and establish baseline measures for treatment.
\n
• Conducting individual therapy sessions while also participating actively in individual supervision to further clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to client treatment.
\n
• Embracing a mindset of growth and continuous improvement to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise in engaging with this age group will be paramount in fostering their personal development and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proven ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in mental health settings, particularly working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
