Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport, trust, and positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, evaluating their progress, addressing immediate needs, and determining appropriate discharge planning.

• Design, implement, and actively monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Document clinical information and write detailed progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique situation and tailor treatment accordingly.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, seeking to improve therapeutic techniques and approaches while remaining open to feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with youth, including children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The clinician will engage with their clients in a supportive manner, utilizing therapeutic approaches that promote resiliency and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health or Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing clients, and facilitating individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
