Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, building rapport and strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular assessments and meetings with clients to review their progress, discuss stability and establish discharge plans when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each young client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate potential clients and determine suitable treatment approaches based on their individual needs.
\n
• Lead individual therapy sessions, consistently utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve therapeutic goals.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions for personal and professional development, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, social workers, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

• Embrace a growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and actively seeking to improve clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to children and adolescents experiencing a variety of challenges. Clinicians will work closely with clients facing emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and co-occurring substance use problems. Understanding the unique dynamics of youth and the family system is critical to the efficacy of therapy. The ability to foster trust and empower young clients in their therapeutic journey is fundamental.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in accordance with relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations dealing with substance abuse.

• Prior experience in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
