Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Greenwood Consultant Services, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport through regular sessions that focus on their individual progress and challenges.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to accurately understand each client’s history and mental health needs.
\n
• Crafting, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of the client.

• Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan updates, to ensure continuity of care.

• Engaging in individual supervision for professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teammates and other healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Promoting a growth mindset throughout your work, continuously seeking out new knowledge and strategies to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
