Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and determine discharge plans when applicable.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain current and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather pertinent information about new clients.

• Engage in individual clinical supervision sessions to reflect on practice and strategize clinical interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse youth population requiring mental health support for various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related discipline is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
