Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized therapy plans and implement individualized strategies for clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health requirements of clients.

• Provide a range of therapeutic therapies, including individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Use a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, maintaining a focus on interdisciplinary communication.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and training to remain current in the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment.

• Specialization in family and couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance. We also offer a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
