Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapies to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. This may encompass interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and thoroughness in client interactions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients, fostering an environment of mutual support and collective learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population ranges widely, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. You will play a key role in addressing a spectrum of concerns, providing both short-term support and ongoing therapy to help clients achieve their personal goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with a strong foundational knowledge in mental health practices.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• At least two years of practical counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
