This position is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to work comfortably from their own homes in Germantown, Maryland, or other locations across the state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive holistic care encompassing both mental and physical wellness.

• Participate in continuous professional development through ongoing training and workshops to remain informed of current trends and research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our counselors are expected to foster a safe and welcoming environment where clients can express their needs and work collaboratively towards recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical compliance in counseling practices.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred, enhancing our ability to meet the varied needs of our clientele.

• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with relevant technology platforms are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. We also provide a generous sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
