Work Environment\n

This position is based in Schaumburg, Illinois, but offers the flexibility of remote work. Our outpatient office environment is designed to provide employees with the resources they need to thrive, whether working from home or in collaboration with other team members. We offer a schedule that accommodates work-life balance, allowing our counselors to work flexibly from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and groups, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and integrate various treatment modalities when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and keep accurate records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting required.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, understanding their application in different client scenarios.

• Sound knowledge of ethical and legal counseling standards specific to mental health practices.
