Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.

• Implement tailored methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the comprehensive care of clients, discussing case progress and treatment paths during regular team meetings.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to keep abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources, addressing a range of mental health challenges. Whether working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, the goal is to create personalized therapy experiences that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by your experience and caseload availability.
