Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for dialogue and healing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed on the latest treatment methodologies and mental health research.

As a therapist at Clinton County Community Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in psychological practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to performance-based bonuses. We offer a sign-on bonus to new hires to support your transition into this rewarding role.
