Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions to support diverse client needs and foster holistic recovery.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Your clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, or difficulties related to life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
