Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans through comprehensive evaluations that address individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients, including case management and referrals to other services when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records aligning with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and integrity in documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses and other financial incentives.
