Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate therapy strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver individual, couple, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience; clinical experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, supported by an attractive bonus structure.
