Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies that meet individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to clients in various formats including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to cater to the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, contributing to treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting progress and interventions.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position also includes opportunities for performance bonuses.
