Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that address their specific needs and goals.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and ethical clinical records while adhering to state and federal regulations and guidelines.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client's care, sharing insights and strategies that foster client success.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
