Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for individual clients.

• Utilize various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to address client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family meetings, and individual counseling sessions, focusing on achieving therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. We also provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome you to our team.
