Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, adapting techniques to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using EMR software for streamlined record-keeping.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance knowledge of current mental health research and practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, contributing to a holistic approach to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a diverse group of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom experience socio-economic challenges that limit their access to traditional therapeutic resources. We focus on treating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties, ensuring that all clients receive compassionate and empathetic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
