Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will engage in various impactful initiatives including:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive group sessions aimed at building connections among clients, encouraging shared experiences and collective learning.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients, assisting them in exploring their thoughts and feelings to develop coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their unique challenges and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30, providing mental health support tailored to their unique developmental and emotional challenges. Your work will contribute to their recovery journey as they navigate transitions in their lives, striving for well-being and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 .
