Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored therapeutic plans based on individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities to various client demographics, including individual sessions, family groups, and couple counseling.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve client goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care, facilitating communications about client progress and adjustments in treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continual professional education and workshops to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment and practices.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Guidance & Growth Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance-use concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
