Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care and coordinate services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a generous bonus structure that provides uncapped earning potential.
