Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients and integrate various perspectives into treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC with Relajarse Therapeutic Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will focus on providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual, family, or group. Our telehealth approach allows you to reach clients from various backgrounds, especially those who may benefit from access to care outside of traditional settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context, demonstrating effective therapeutic engagement.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
