Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with First Health Care LLC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients while establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning as appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique goals and needs.

• Ensuring meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to create an accurate understanding of clients’ mental health needs before initiating treatment.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions each week, tailored to the specific therapeutic needs and goals of each client.

• Engaging in regular supervision and feedback sessions to enhance professional skills and clinical judgment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.
