Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, fostering a supportive environment for exploration and healing.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
