Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized individual therapy sessions, employing empathetic listening and evidence-based techniques to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on their unique needs, preferences, and challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor clients’ progress through various tools and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate care for complex cases and achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom face significant mental health challenges.
