Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead supportive and engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide individualized therapy sessions aimed at helping clients explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress using various assessment tools and feedback methods, ensuring their treatment is on the right path.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care and share insights on complex cases.

This role specifically focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are often navigating pivotal life transitions. Compensation and Benefits\n
