Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are carried out.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice in mental health.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
