Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of clients' needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in collaborative meetings and case consultations with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to refine patient care.

• Participate in workshops and continuous professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and interventions.

• Utilize EMR software to document client interactions and treatment progress efficiently, allowing for accurate tracking of outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse population experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship difficulties. By working closely with clients and their families, you will be instrumental in guiding them toward improved mental health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the practice of mental health counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and ensure effective treatment engagement.
