This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct group therapy sessions that are collaborative and dynamic, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where young adults can share experiences and insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. By participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), clients receive evidence-based treatment designed to address their specific needs. Your work will directly impact their journey to mental wellness, helping them build resilience and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Licensure: Valid Illinois LCPC licensure is mandatory.

While our primary focus is on licensed clinicians, experience with young adult populations, group therapy facilitation, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is highly valued. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
