Work Environment\n

This position operates within an outpatient office setting that emphasizes a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive culture. Our remote work structure provides you with flexibility while still allowing for significant collaboration with our dedicated multidisciplinary team. Over the course of the week, you will operate from Monday to Friday with no evening or weekend obligations, allowing for a healthy work-life balance as you dedicate your time to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at WPS, you will take on a range of responsibilities critical to our mission:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will facilitate engaging group sessions that encourage client interaction, shared experiences, and collective learning, fostering a supportive network among peers.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized sessions aimed at exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans to foster personal growth.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and responsive to their unique needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, providing feedback and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication and consultations to coordinate care and provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on helping young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are navigating complex mental health challenges. These clients may face issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. By utilizing both evidence-based methods and holistic approaches, you will play an essential role in guiding them through their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: A completed master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure: Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor credential.

• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient setting, familiarity with evidence-based therapies, and a background in working with young adults would be highly beneficial. Additionally, experience with treatment planning and progress monitoring will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

WPS Behavioral and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
