Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to tailor individualized therapy plans that meet their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in a variety of settings, including group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions.

• Utilize a flexible approach with methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to maximize client outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—consisting of medical professionals, social workers, and support staff—to ensure comprehensive and high-quality care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while monitoring clients' progress and adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay informed of new mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Maryland is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, along with additional performance-based bonuses. New hires will also receive a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
