Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to devise individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and familial conflict. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse client demographic.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and caseload.
