Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Document clinical outcomes and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to discuss client progress and optimize care strategies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing adults, families, and groups facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving clients’ mental wellbeing and life satisfaction, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Solid understanding of legal and ethical guidelines related to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for bonuses based on clinical outcomes.
