Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Implementing personalized therapy strategies, providing therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices to treat a diverse array of mental health issues.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, participating in case discussions, and sharing insights for integrated treatment planning.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling setting, particularly within a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
