Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy strategies that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy—to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that encompass a range of mental health issues.

• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities and workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health resources. Our client base includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach and understanding of diverse backgrounds will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
