Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Twins Behavioral Solutions, your daily responsibilities include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster communication, connection, and support among clients. Encourage sharing of experiences to promote mutual understanding and growth.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one sessions that focus on personalized counseling, exploratory discussions that delve into thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, ultimately helping clients develop coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns, preferences, and aspirations.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our outpatient treatment program. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
